::Rumah Impian (Pohon Markisa)::
Salam,
Kunjungan ke rumah pakcik (Cik Sen) menemukan dengan Pohon Markisa ini..
Markisa sejenis tanaman yang menjalar/memanjat memerlukan sokongan seperti "junjung" untuk menyokong sifat semulajadinya.
Terlintas idea untuk menanam Pohon Markisa di rumah baru selepas berumah tangga. Sedikit pengubahsuaian perlu diambil untuk meninggikan sedikit "junjung" supaya boleh diletakkan "coffe table" di bawahnya. Untuk merialisasikan impian, teringin untuk mencari rumah dari jenis rumah Semi-D atau rumah teres (corner lot) atau rumah bungalow. (>_<)
Pucuk pangkalnya rumah itu memiliki halaman untuk bercucuk tanam, mempunyai ruang untuk mendirikan "junjung" untuk pohon markisa, tempat meletakkan "coffe table", pondok kecil/wakaf rehat untuk bersantai bersama keluarga, taman mini untuk anak-anak bermain serta sebagai tempat kami suami isteri "berdating" dan "garaj" sebagai ruang untuk sudut kreativiti keluarga.
"Financial Planning" telah dibentuk dari awal sebelum berumah tangga. InsyaALLAH semuanya berjalan lancar. Rumah Impian menjadi idaman setiap keluarga usaha perlu seiring dengan impian bagi jelmakan angan-angan menjadi kenyataan. Ameen..

::Ayam Ingkong (Traditional Cuisine)::
Salam,
Masakan tradisional, menggunakan ayam (whole-bird) sebagai bahan utama.
1). Bahan-bahan untuk ditumbuk dengan lesung batu sehingga lumat:-
- cili kering
- garam kasar
- ketumbar
- jintan manis
- bawang putih
- bawang merah/bawang besar
- Halia
- ikan bilis
- kunyit hidup/ serbuk
Mula..
Akhir..
2). Bahan-bahan untuk memerap ayam (whole-bird)
- Ayam (whole-bird) bersih dicuci bersih dengan air mengalir dan pastikan hempedu, hati dan pedal di keluarkan.
- titik serai dan letak didalam periuk
- sumbat ayam dengan bahan-bahan yang ditumbuk
- ikat ayam supaya berada di dalam keadaan "whole-bird"
- perap selama 30 minit hingga 1 jam..
selepas 30 minit - hingga 1 jam..
- masukkan santan
- masak dengan api yang perlahan
- pusingkan ayam setiap 30 minit dan ulang langkah ini sehinga ayam menjadi lembut dan masak.
Cadangan hidangan Ayam Ingkong:-
- Nasi Lemak
- Sambal Goreng Tempe
- Sayur kacang + foo cuk + soo hoon
- Mee Goreng
- Serunding Kelapa
Kesemua hidangan dihidang di dalam satu talam ala Nasi Ambeng

::Another Interview, Two candidates in one day::
Salam,
Two candidate were interviewed for today. Both candidates posses 11 years and 3 years working experience.
Candidate 1: Working Experience 11 Years
- Don't have strong basic on electronic
- Not good in communication
- Can not answer most of the questions given.
- Patient (4/5)
- Attitude (matured)
Candidate 2: Working Experience 3 Years
- Have strong technical skills
- Moderate in Communication
- Can answer most of the questions given
- Patient (2/5)
- Attitude (so so)
Who should we select? and why him?
The candidate 1 and 2 was in questions.
For candidate 1:
If he really don't understand the questions or don't know how to answer the questions or maybe both?
If he able to follow my instruction or able to deliver result if i give assignment?
If he can understand on what i will teach him?
For candidate 2:
If he really can work under pressure?
If he has discipline problem? If has, is it possible for him to change the attitude?
These two candidates put myself in doubt. Another 1 vacancy need to fill up (total 3). Should we put them as KIV (keep in view) lists or select either one??
I need to build up strong team members. Later another 2 experience engineers (senior post) will hired. And they will become my sparing-partners to tackle/solve any customer/supplier/in house issue. In FA Lab:-
* we are like help-desk for customer and consultant for in-house production floor.
* CSI agents for investigate/analysis/evaluate/audit/solve any troublesome induce by supplier or in-house production.
Urgent!! strong subordinate need to build up.. If not we are in trouble..

::Interview::
Salam,
Wednesday (September 1st, 2010).
Settled conduct an interview session to hire new technician for my team.
In that moment I was interviewer and start realize why sometimes interviewer very choose or selective to take new hire.
As a new hire candidate we can not blame interviewer if they really choose or demand by give high expectation. If they ask difficult questions, please answers as best as you can. If don't know please tell don't know but in different sentence and let them know your idea or your initiative on how you solve/answer their questions.
Within this week we will conduct another interview for hire new technician. By hope this candidate can show his initiative to answer these questions in creative ways.
1. Situation: If i give you one electronic device and I want you to bring to production line for perform test verification!! What you will do if people in production line can not cooperate or don't want to allocate tester for your test verification?
2. What do you understand about Fiber Optic Sub system?
3. Situation: If I limit you three months to show your performance!! What you will do to make sure your level is there after 3 months?
4. What is so special about you and why do you think we should hire you?
Previous candidate can not answer all above questions. Because he had show his effort and base on his attitude to learn we agree to take him as new hire. Next candidate probably will become his teammate if he can prove to me his has the criteria that I need.
