assalamualaykum..
After finishing my solah,suddenly,saya teringat satu cerita dari salah seorang senior saya..maybe ade yg penah dgr cte ni..no need to elaborate much about dis story,insyallah u'll understand..^_^
Once there was a man.
Who only asked God for two things:
A flower.
And a butterfly.
He prayed and prayed and prayed.Until one day, God answered his prayers.
To his suprise, he did not get a flower and a butterfly.
Instead, he got these:
A cactus.
And a caterpillar.
Utterly disappointed, the man left the cactus and the caterpillar.
He started feeling sad that God did not grant him what he had prayed for.
"Maybe God doesn't like me"
"Maybe God has other people to think about"
"Maybe I don't deserve God's favours"
One day, he returned to the cactus and the caterpillar, and was very pleased with what he saw.
And the caterpillar had transformed into a beautiful butterfly.
The man never doubted God again..
